Within this video, the SafePass blast protection tunnel is in use to reduce peak pressure and near blast fragmentation. The test completed here checks for pressure reduction and the ability of the tunnel to trap particles flying in the event of a suicide bomber attack.

The explosive weight across the explosions was 4 Kg (TNT) with heavy fragmentation.

Our team measured a pressure reduction of more than 50% after testing the SafePass shield more than 25 times. The eighth explosion would show damage to the interior layers of the shield. However, the exterior of the checkpoint blast protection remains intact after more than 25 tests.
