or you can use a truckers knot and save money and time!
ОтветитьWhy is there no follow up video to this on how to install the wrap ??
ОтветитьNo metal against fiberglass. U can simply tie tightly together with a good loop and knot and will stay tight
ОтветитьI watched session 1 and 2, but it seems like we are missing something, the shrinkwrap.
ОтветитьYou are a very good teacher. Thanks.

ОтветитьSlow down with your knots
ОтветитьBuckle lol? Just tie a knot. Those buckles, in a wind will scratch the gelcoat.
ОтветитьAnd a tightening tool? You don't need any of this. Wrap the strap around the boat, Tie it to the trailer or swim platform if it is not on a trailer.
ОтветитьThe first two videos are EXCELLENT! When will you be making the one about installing the wrap?
ОтветитьUnderstand you're trying to sell a product but those buckles and tensioning tool are not it. That's actually adding time and money to the job and having to carry around more items. Finishing up the perimeter band is much quicker learning the proper technique with the loops. Just take your two ends of the perimeter band in each hand. In the left hand make a loop right at the end of the strapping. Then on the side in your right hand, make your looping anchor knot in the middle of the strapping maybe 2 feet in from the end of it . Take that right hand end and now run it through your loop thats in your left hand and bring it back to the anchor loop on the right hand side and pull tight. That will make the perimeter band as tight as you want it. Then you just pinch it and tie a knot to hold in place. I usually go right underneath the prop in the back with the perimeter band so the tarp covers it and the water doesnt pool up in the back of the prop and sit.
ОтветитьGreat video, cameraman, needs some work lol.
ОтветитьGreat job
ОтветитьRight on Brother thanks alot 🎉🎉🎉
