Spinach is high in oxylates which causes kidney stones. I love all the ingredients mentioned here except spinach because I have a history of kidney stones. I would use another green such as dark green lettuce.

I don’t drink enough water and sweat a lot when working hard. I have a GFR at 22 and creatinine is slightly high 149 the doctor gave me a prescription that made my legs feel like rubber. It is meant for high blood pressure. I don’t have HBP . I couldn’t take the medication and haven’t felt right since I’ve taken it. I’m trying too drink more water so hopefully we can figure out why my kidneys are sick. I don’t drink alcohol and eat healthy. He took me off my water pills said they were too hard on my kidneys. And put me on that awful pill he prescribed. I can’t take it. Waiting for another blood test in October too see if I have any changes. I’m in fear a kidney detox might be bad to do.?

My daughter has a returning kidney infection due to ecoli. They've put her on every med they can think of. It's not working. So, I'm on here looking for alternatives. If anyone has cured an ecoli infection in the kidneys with home remedies pls let me know so I can talk with her doctor & try it.
