Thought it was a meme l. But this is actually insane

I don't think it counts as a CS:GO map unless it has a bomb site, enough spawns for all players, buy zones and anything else needed to be used for an actual match in multiplayer.
Also I think the loading times are not usually counted in speedruns.

The fact that Philip is able to run Hammer without issues and compiling the map in less than 1 minute is beyond this world can comprehend. I'm impressed!
