ОтветитьYup, i know what my anxiety cause, there's something i avoid this past 5 years
ОтветитьGreat in theory, but doesent work too much for health anxiety, considering removing myself from the situation is the escape, and I can't face a disease or whatever that doesent exist head on.
Ответитьthis is why our parents really have important role if we grow up, my parents are both Neglect their child on emotional level, so when the child facing some fearful situations, they have support from their parents, having emotional support and not feels abandoned, especially when thise child facing with traumatizing situations
ОтветитьI missed my appointment with my therapist and now I have anxiety over e-mailing to reschedule since it was a few weeks ago and I’ve done it a few times before. I’m stressed that she’s going to tell me she needs to drop me for not giving her a heads up.
ОтветитьThank you 🙏 for sharing this with us

ОтветитьVery nice video. Be careful what you feed your mind. To feel better reduce negative thoughts and overthinking. Avoid comparing with others, reduce negative social media and avoid constipation as it affects the mind instantly. Your breathing is closely related to the brain [mind] and gives relief from stress-anxiety. To relax sit on a chair or lie down, neck straight, eyes closed, avoid moving too much and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. Never meditate with expectations but with awareness. Don’t fight your thoughts. With daily practice the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Observe your breath sensations before sleep, in college, at work, taking a walk, etc.etc. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a better life. Best wishes--Counsellor.
ОтветитьThank you, what a great lesson to learn. Concise and clear presentation of a complex process.
ОтветитьWho here has that anxiety and actually goes by this? Please, I need to know because this doesn't work for me ... what do YOU do? I genuinely need help! (In Scotland so free NHS and was told to go private because my local GP couldn't help ...)
ОтветитьHaving children helped my anxiety because I had no choice on certain things I couldn’t “call in sick” for example my son is about to start school and I’m nervous about that but I’ll have to take him inside everyday while I also have my baby with me which gives me anxiety but I have no choice and have to face it! Seems silly but everyone deals with anxiety in their own way and are anxious in their own way about different things.
ОтветитьThe mindfulness exercises in the book '30 Days to Reduce Anxiety ' by Harper Daniels are really helpful.
ОтветитьVARIETY is the spice of life!
ОтветитьI hope everyone who had anxiety can manage it.
ОтветитьI have been skipping lectures at school 🙂... The lock down got me used to not being in school and now it's overwhelming and very lonely
ОтветитьAnxiety is no joke.
ОтветитьI've tried to face my fears many times but sometimes things don't work out positively and it creates more anxiety again
ОтветитьThe bad thing is is that I am to anxious to go to a phychologest
ОтветитьThe thing about anxiety disorders is that facing your fears over and over again doesn't make it easier. Get help if you're struggling <3
ОтветитьI don't believe you. Many mental health disabilities are permanent and not a simple exercise and healing. If it was so easy why do so many need SSI
ОтветитьDo you have IBS or indigestion and want to help advance our understanding of these conditions?
Hi all 😊
I realise I’m probably clutching at straws here but here we go... I’ve experienced gastrointestinal issues all my life and improving our understanding of IBS and indigestion is very important to me. I’m desperate for participants for my psychology thesis and would greatly appreciate anyone who can participate.
* My contact details are in the ‘about’ section of my channel.
Thanks for your time,

ОтветитьI barely leave the house , I get anxiety so bad I have to run to the bathroom and my arms go numb I don’t know what to do
ОтветитьI appreciate the brevity of your videos.
ОтветитьFor me it's the fact that I don't know anyone and I don't want to go to school because I know how terrible I feel there. But I also know that I need to get credits in and courses done. It's even harder because I go to a more flexible school where I only have to be there 3/5 of the week, but I know that if I just say "oh I'll just go tomorrow" I never will... The cycle of anxiety is ruthless.
ОтветитьVery helpful
ОтветитьI will overcome my anxiety today.
ОтветитьHi everyone, watch my 30 minute calm sound videos to help your anxiety and depression
ОтветитьMy therapist just sent this to me. She's great. Thanks Ichel 💖
Ответить"I'm an old man and have known many troubles, most of which never happened."

This so important for people need to know. Yes healthy fear is good of life threatening things.
Also good to know subconscious programming is what causes anxiety to cease re-ocurring. I used 3 step to teach my brain to release anxiety triggers from re-ocurring. You can face your fears just in the mind...with 3 steps. Brain starts to learn it and can be easily used anytime to start eliminating anxiety triggers.
Sir , I am eager to learn more things from you 😊 please make more videos we all are waiting so curiously.
Ответитьat first i was listening to this video like eehhhh........ but towards the end when he said the cycle grows because you are not faces ure fears... it made me think.... well what fears do i have.... interesting.
ОтветитьIf you have high anxiety like me Do these 3 things it helps me a lot:
1. Your Mind must be rational.
2. Your Breath: Double inhale and exhale slowly.
3. Observe the Person that u feel anxiety from by project ur attention outward. The easy is body language the hardest is their facial expression. Repeat the step 2-3 time.
Psychedelics have the potential to make a significant impact on mental health issues like anxiety and depression. They've been incredibly helpful for me personally.
ОтветитьLMHC - the fear grows when you feed it, don't feed it, starve it. the anxiety goes away, people aren't scared, AND some call it when the pain decreases and/or is completely removed.
ОтветитьThe cycle of anxiety can feel endless, but recognizing it is the first step to breaking free. You are in control of your path to healing. 💙🌿
ОтветитьI love your videos ,they're very insightful, I will be a psychologist some day because I want to help others deal with their emotions 😊 and live a happier life.
