aida64 seems to be a very weak stress test compared to things like prime 95 or intel burn test for anyone trying to verify their over clocks stability

If I pick 1.35V, it'll still go up to 1.39-1.40V when I'm stress testing the CPU (it's on 4.5Ghz). Doesn't really seem like the manual limitation affects it, it just changes on it's own when it thinks it needs more voltage.

Could you do a stability test with Prime95? Prime 95 tests the system harder from what I've seen and I would love to see if you get a difference. Thank you!

Your voltage is way to high!!! This cpu doesn't like such a high voltage at all and beside that 1.3 is more then enough to get a stable overvlock @ 4,5. Mine is stable @ 4,6 at 1.275v.

2019 got mine stable at 4.6ghz with vcore at 1.250v. When stress testing with aida64 extreme for 10 min, the voltage went from 1.250v to 1.280v max no less no more and very stable for my I5 6600K 4.6Ghz. When idle it's stays between 1.248v to 1.264v. I'm very happy with my chip. Was also stable at 4.8ghz with 1.350v. When stress testing it went from1.350v to max 1.425/6v, but i didn't like seeing my chip requiring over 1.400v so 4.6ghz is enough for 24/7 use for me. I think i got the golden chip here :D. Mobo i'm using right now is Asrock Fatality Gaming I7 loving it! oh as for cooling I used MSI Frozer cooler, temp when testing max 64/65 Celsius(in 4.6ghz but in 4.8ghz temp max at 75/77 Celsius) :D.

i press ctrl alt delete again again again again again....... till i see the press delete button screen to load bois, then i go to exit and load default, then i disable csm because i have a M.2 with my OS on it. then window and pc works again. Reseted my cmos too before the ctrl alt deleted thing, not sure it helped, but this last trick always got me back in bois long enough to fix it.

Ответить
@ClaytonJulian
@ClaytonJulian - 01.01.2020 23:28

another problem i was doing was, after crashing i load bois make changes , then save and exit, but some kind of windows warning screen is there when loading up. At first i was enter bois again and changing stuff again, thinking i did something wrong again. But i all, all i had to do was make changes in bois and if i seen a windows warning screen when loading up again, hit the reset button, so windows can reset the new settings i guess.

Hi there. You know how to fix the voltage stability of an i9-10900k. It is that it marks 1.352, 0.979, 0.788, 1.270, and 0.684. Is that normal or is there something wrong and why is it? Greetings.

Yes, 4.4 is the best overclock.
Above is crash in multiplayer games.
Also do not overclock manuel. Automatic is the best way and you have never a crash.
