I'm growing a climbing flower this year...for the hummers...Cardinal Vine Climber is the name. Hopefully, my climber will also be beautiful.😃
Oh, I don't know if your big box stores will carry this...in the US, we often use what's called "ladder mesh" as trellises for all kinds of veggies. It comes something like 3 and 5 inches wide. You can make it wider by joining two pieces together. It pretty cheap and works well when you want a not so wide trellis.

The arch was a really good idea! Looks perfect over the bench, will be very cozy place when the plants are in bloom.

The tulips 🌷🌷🌷look very nice around the bench 🌷🌷🌷and the rose and the clematis will stabilize the trellis a little bit when they're growing on it.
