This was super helpful - especially the Bulgarian set up. I’m embarrassed to say I’m usually the weirdo carrying weights and hopping on one leg trying to get to a better position because I didn’t set up properly 🤣🤦🏾
I can't do this in Smith machine , the lock keys move and stuck to the bar :( you have a trick for this?

I’m super into health/fitness and don’t know if I’d ever compete bikini, BUT I’d love to at least work with someone experienced with NPC or even IFBB!
