ОтветитьGreat physique and good 10min glute toning set.. I like the follow along style for these quick workouts, but I find that adding a chime etc. to indicate the beginning and end of each exercise is helpful so I dont have to be watching my screen continually. Thanks, keep em coming 🙏🏻
