Satterfield 911 calls offer first look into moments after her death

Accuracy matters in journalism, in medicine, and in courts; so do ethics. First fact: Gloria Satterfield did NOT "die on the Murdaugh property." She only fell there and lived 24 days thereafter in a Savannah, Georgia, hospital. ACCORDING TO NAUTILUS' LAWSUIT, Gloria was able to talk to the medical providers in that hospital and tell them she had no idea what happened before her fall.
Though that does not appear anywhere in documents available to the public in any of the Murdaugh cases or the Satterfield cases, IT IS INCONCEIVABLE that a hospital would not have X-Rayed Gloria's head for 24 days or explored any pre-existing conditions which led to her fall. The death certificate, SIGNED IN HOSPITAL FOR A HOSPITAL DEATH says "natural causes." That much we know. Alex Murdaugh's lies and stealing are old stories.
THE MORE IMPORTANT STORIES NOW ARE: (1) Why do Gloria Satterfield's heirs and lawyers want to keep insurance money to which they are not entitled because that money was obtained by fraud on the insurance company? AND (2) Why did the insurance company not conduct a more thorough investigation before forking out millions on such a dubious claim?
The obvious conclusion is that SOME insurance adjusters and defense lawyers take bribes from ambulance-chasing lawyers to pay disproportionately huge sums for fake claims while nickel-and-diming-to-death legitimate claims by unrepresented people. THAT IS THE REAL STORY on which real investigative journalism should focus.
