Monolith 12" THX Ultra vs SVS PB-3000 Subwoofer | MONSTER Subs FACE-OFF! [4K HDR]

I have a 15 square meter room, could the svs pb3000pro be too powerful and create reverberations or distortions?

Odd that when listening to the comparison the SVS section you are hearing a lot more higher frequencies which is odd when all that was changed was the subwoofer?

Whats the point of watching a video about powerful subwoofers when our speakers in our computer/mobile can't reproduce any of that sounds.
Only interesting part the beginning and your thoughts at the end.

Worse experience ever with Monolith 12" THX SUB, Customer service is horrible, they sit there and actually lie to you. Let me explain what happened, Customer service concluded that amp had a problem this was Sunday, Customer service said you will ship me a replacement on Monday. They sent me a RMA# FedEx picked up package on Monday. 4 days later no package , when I call customer service Eugene and he said that package was pickup by FedEx so I ask him for Tracking # his response was that FedEx hasn't sent them the Tracking info. This happened on the second day. I call them the next day to see what's the status there response was shipping is back up but it will be shipped out later today and you will receive a Tracking # by Email. Call back again 4 day later response still nothing. I wish I didn't purchased anything from them. As soon as I received the Subwoofer I will sale it . I ask for a refund the said they can give me store credit. I wanted a refund just not to deal with a Poor services. Should have brought from SVS

Witch one has the lest port noise and what is the size of your room? I am leaning to one Monolith 12" THX Ultra or two Monolith 10" THX Ultra but I am afraid the 10"s might have more port noise hitting lower in movies. 95% movies any advice would be great.

sounding but Monolith is a good buy.

The PB2000 is much more comparable to the Monolith. Both 12 inch drivers, both 500watt RMS amps.

great review...i was considering both of these subwoofers and they are BOTH awesome products ! SVS has a phone app. tho. But after talking to monolith and Svs customer service . SVS wins there hands down. so i went with pb3000. btw you should have 2 subs. I'll buy another one down the road.

Should do an updated comparison with the monolith 13inch, 2000 rms 3800 peak and the same price as the svs pb 3000

I am going to buy two of one this subs but I can't pull the trigger yet on one or the other. The THX 12 is $700 (Dual=$1400) and the SVS is $1600 (Dual=$3000) in late 2021. Is the SVS sub worth $1600 more? I have dual THX 10's and love what they sound like but there "mid bass" is not as good as I would like. The $3000 is also a hard pill to swallow but if it's worth it than so be it.

I have a KRK studio sub in my room, it has a 12" driver, 220 watts RMS, and is built quite well. It KNOCKS. So I couldn't even imagine 500 watts RMS let alone 800! And these subs have noticeably larger and Im sure higher quality enclosures as well so wow.

I like both. The problem is, that it's difficult to get SVS in my country (only with +80% to original price, which is ridiculous). And it's even more difficult to get Monolith... No one even knows about it here. Do You think it's fine to go with Klipsch SPL-150, which are available, and are priced well (~$1000), or I should fight for SVS or Monolith still?

Keep in mind the Monolith at $700 right now and $1300 for duals on Ebay is less than half the price of a single PB-3000.

Nice video. Found your channel today for the first time and I’ve gotta say nice work! Looking forward to more videos. Anyhow. I’ve got a dual set up of the ported monolith 12’s and they are amazing. I’ve also had SVS, but for almost the same price it’s a no brainer, the monolith is the king. Running duals you can get very deep chest pounding sound and an even bass response through out the room.

I have been saving some cash for a new or open box subwoofer. Ive been doing a lot of research and found customer really like the SVS pb2000 and Monolith pb 12”. My question is out of all the subs in the market today what is the best sub for around 1,000.00? Or should I go with two smaller in your opinion? Room size is 19x26x10 with wall to wall carpet
