Thanks for the video! I had CyanogenMod on my old Galaxy S4 and really liked it a lot. It is really great to see there are great ROMs still being made out there. I do look forward to the time when having a true Linux installation on mobile devices becomes easy and commonplace.

i have been on the phone with T Mobile trying to get an unlock key for twenty minutes

abd devices doesn't bring anything up.

I installed it from the software manager but when abd didn't work I tried again from the terminal and was told the package couldn't be found.
I used "whereis abd" but the command brought up no file locations. The software manager says it's installed.

You should have told us to download super su before having to go open it in the Team Win folder. It seems like you skipped a step.

You forgot to say to wipe system as well, it removes the old OS and makes it less likely to bootloop or cause bugs.

1-make sure/reinstall it by yay - S daemon
2-switch to root user by :
su -

And then enter password and use adb devices and boom

I was eagerly waiting for the video to proceed until you started typing and did what so many vid producers do. You fail to realize how you customary small print comes across in your video and I couldn't see a thing you were typing ! Additionally you did not vocalize what you were typing so there was nothing in the transcript as well. I feel let down because everything else seemed great. Your voice tone, the video quality, the organization, no overbearing thick accent. How , how could you not realize the importance of have font sizes and boxes that are enlarged?? Maybe you could come back and write below with a numbered sequence what you actually typed??
