This is so powerful! I am going to listen again and take notes so I can really grasp this. I've attended church every week for almost 50 years, and I have learned more in this 30 minute talk about understanding & how to deal with fear than in the 50 years of sermons. I am learning to experience (not just know about) the love of the Father. I can serve him from the secure place of being his child and not a slave. Thank you for this!

I have learned that many are recovering from fatigue conditions with brain retraining, and when I did a deep dive about what it is, it's actually mind renewal and that's exactly what the Bible teaches us, all goes back to the Basics. I had no idea how many horrible physical symptoms fear can cause, just wow...I love your Christian perspective and the work you are doing. Thank you.

Fitting that I'm watching this while lifting weights, but didn't necessarily make the connection to spiritual training and exercise. I have made a habit of 2 chapters of the Bible every morning and prayer at night before bed, and thinking of it from a training perspective only reinforces to me how important it is to stick with it.

Next up in training is how to find more peace, open up to God and truly listen.

Thank you. I had decided earlier this morning to get rid of my computer with all the consequences of that for good and bad because the ways I was using it seemed to be destroying me. Part of my problems was in how I was using this computer and the idea was to avoid that part, but you show how to face the whole thing and it is the positive way. We can people in our society which because of our luxuries grew up with the expectation of comfort, back to the faith after the pains that they have had

I found you about a year ago & I liked you..until I found out how much you charge. For the last 2 months you have taken almost 11 dollars, twice. The bank called me yesterday. Bottom line we need to feel safe in God’s love for us. I struggle with that still. Don’t feel safe physically, mentally or emotionally. Learning to really trust God.

We have zero original thought. We are thought receivers. God wants us to be aware of our thinking. He will help us throw off the bad and receive the good. All we need to do is choose Him.

I failed my second driving test because of intense fear and anxiety, I suffer from it for offer 15 years and in stress situation I loss all my bearings. I prayed and fasted before but was still undone which makes the after fear now even worse...my thoughts constantly tell me now to give up, that I'm a failure and I feel like drowning. I keep praying and fighting with scripture but its so tough

Thank you, Mark. You explain it so well. And yes, we'll be training and practicing for the rest of our lives. I'm 65, been a disciple of Jesus for 30 years and still learning. Its the hardest for me when things pile up. Like sickness on top of loneliness on top of an unkind word. I fold. But most of the time I STAND!!! THANK YOU LORD!!!
