Issue is with trapper, he absolutely stomps new players, but sucks against high ranked players. Any buffs would just make him unfair to play against for new guys. I'm sure this is what is giving devs pause about buffing their main character who players usually use when they first get the game. I'm a trapper main and would love to see a buff for him, but I think his biggest issue is map design and the rng with traps. Traps should have more controlled rng where if a survivor gets off on first try, it makes further attempts harder like using all your strength to break free the first time and now your arms are too sore the same goes for helping another survivor escape a trap but the downside is smaller for doing so, but it's still there to give survivors pause. We need more grass too XD
