I mean, it does makes sense since its easier to just add another inner layer than making a separate model

the sheep’s outer layer is the wool, able to be cut off by shears. Repeat, cut off by shears. Meaning there needs to be another lower layer. The baby ghast has a lower layer that is pink and fleshy, with it’s skin layer on top. I think you know what I’m getting at here.

If an infant or animal infant (example the Ghast) is a newborn, their mother’s stomach’s blood is on their newborn child, and blood on the newborn child gets cleaned by their owners or doctors. Unlike the Baby Ghast, their mother doesn’t clean the blood on their child. Instead, the mother dies of instense heat (lore in Minecraft ig) and leaves some bone parts of their mother. So, the blood om the Baby Ghast doesn’t get cleaned, that’s why the blood is displayed on them. If you’re also wondering about something, the owner (meaning the player) of the Baby Ghast cannot clean the blood on them because the player cannot have the ability to do that. Understand, everyone? Correct me if I’m wrong, but please, DO IT NICELY.

You know how most of the ghasts cry? It’s because their tears keeps their babies alive, so they don’t get dry.😢

Thats their flesh and and the ghastling have a open gills and they are adorable though

idk i never really thought much about their pink bits on the gills. i just likened it to how in real life baby animals often have gross looking (pink bits) sometimes? idk no good example comes to mind but think about how baby rats are pink yk ? idk
