Actually this may be a legal strategy to look into but in the recent past when they took Joe down forcing him to step down they finally said he was not mentally competent to stand trial for anything he did. By this logic, he shouldn't be able to legally pardon Hunter therefore that pardon should be revoked. Now if Joe steps down so Kamala can "play" president, she can pardon Hunter but doing so will literally damage what few supporters who may have hope as they get it crushed twice.
