I’m so glad I found your channel! I watched a handful of videos tonight and saved your SI playlist for tomorrow. My right SI Joint was out of place for 10 years and I lived with the pain because I was afraid of chiropractors. All those years I thought it was sciatica, but my BF finally talked me into going to the chiropractor 3 months ago, and found out it was the SI Joint. At first I went weekly, then every 10 days, now I’m every two weeks. After this last adjustment things finally feel stable on the right side, but I can’t tell if now the left is slightly tilted forward, or if the muscles and ligaments are adjusting to the new position. I still wear my belt with activity, and now I’m hoping to strengthen muscles and heal the ligaments. If I can do that, I think it might stay in place this time! 🤞
ОтветитьI just found your videos and have spent the last couple hours watching ! Thank you , I’m currently suffering from si joint pain but it starting to cause pain in my upper back and neck what can I do ?
ОтветитьI'm sorry I sent a random message about toes I just think that the fact we don't use them correctly is impeding our ability to heal effectively through back issues
ОтветитьIt seems to me through my recuperating and through injuries that a lot of back issues have to do with the toe muscles . shoes Force the body to get heel-toe instead of propel forward using toe muscles effectively they can't like it's not in our society to walk with the this distal ends of the metatarsal bones to touch the ground first before the heel touches the ground our movements is impeded I love your videos. Thank you for sharing your thoughts
ОтветитьThank you. I just bought your program. I’m excited to see what I can improve the following months. I noticed some of the exercises require laying down. Laying down hurts my si joint so much. Any advice? It’s hard for me to get back up and not be in pain after. So glad I found this channel. I’m ready to get my life back.
ОтветитьI'm 45 and from Greece. That man saved me from chronic lower back pain, particularly in my SI joints. I have undergone two surgeries on my lower back: osteophyte removal and L4-L5 spinal fusion. I consulted more than 70 spine doctors, including some prominent specialists in my country. For example, spinal fusion surgery was performed by an experienced university professor, but there was no improvement in pain, as the issue was in the joints of the pelvis rather than in the underlying problems of the waist. I felt immense frustration and despair. Doctors suggested I see a psychiatrist, thinking my problem was mental. However, after visiting several psychiatrists, they all said the issue was physical, not mental. I felt trapped in madness. The last doctor who examined me post-surgery was the president of the spine company in Greece. He referred me to a specialized gym where I did extreme stretches, but my condition worsened. Despite expressing my concerns, he prescribed opiate drugs, tranquilizers, and anti-inflammatories, along with cortisone and xylocaine injections. While I initially felt relief, the pain returned after two weeks, and he insisted I would eventually get better, not recognizing that my issue was related to the sacroiliac joints. Desperate for answers, I searched online and found Dr. Ryan Peebles' video on SI joint pain relief. The exercises I’d been doing were counterproductive, leading to a continuous cycle of pain. Feeling hopeful, I started the "Core Balance Training" program and saw significant improvement in just three weeks. A month later, I was able to drive again and decided to pursue ten prolotherapy sessions for my joints while taking "Animal Flex," a natural supplement. A miracle happened! I now maintain my core stability with a weekly routine and no longer take any medication or supplements. Thanks to Dr. Peebles, I’m living a full life again—working, exercising, and enjoying everything. I’m truly grateful. May God bless you, and thank you so much. Sakis from Greece.
ОтветитьI was suffering from si joint pain, bulged disk, scoliosis. This guy saved me. All you have to do is keep your core engaged all day, this is not an over exaggeration, litterally think about keeping your core engaged every minute of everyday day. Even when you’re in bed! I know this seems very unnatural and takes a lot of mental and physical effort but if you do it for long enough you won’t have to think about it anymore. Give it a shot

ОтветитьThank you very much. I was diagnosed grade 1 spondylolisthesis 6month ago. I have trying the advice for 5 month.
Now no longer Sciatica Pain.
But still lower back pain. I'm sure I'm on the right way😀😀
Greetings, I had a car accident that resulted in a pelvic fracture. The area that you pointed at is where my pain is. The doctor have me in physical therapy because of that and the stenosis of the spine. Thank you so much for the video
ОтветитьI appreciate your information as always. I'm taking your lesson which is encouraging to me and now I can feel core. But now I'm taking a rest for nearly a month with pain in SI joint caused by too much bending at work. Only small amount of your exercise I'm doing but in mid 50s with light spondy and the sciatica seems to stay for a while. I want to build more muscle . How can I do with pain? Keep doing your lesson in mild way?
ОтветитьI've had lower back pain, and right hip pain. In the last couple of days, I stopped pressing the hollow part of my spin to the ground as part of my exercise regime - 24 hours later my back feels fixed. I ditched my "barefoot shoes" - instant hip relief. Core Balance Training has been right on. But, be careful following advice on other channels. I fell for the hype on barefoot shoes, and almost bought it on standing desks.
ОтветитьL4 L5 , A.S. Sadly.
ОтветитьThank you for all you do, you are appreciated!!

ОтветитьThanks for your post! I've been watching your videos and trying to increase my awareness of my movements and muscles. Being "intentional" seems to be the answer to a lot of our problems these days. Thanks again!
