EASY New Year cookies! Rich, Chewy, and Crispy. You Will Make It Always!

A wonderful EASY New Year cookies!!!
So easy to make, so delicious in the result!!!

✅ Ingredients
2 Eggs
Sugar 200 g (1 cup)
Cranberries 1 cup
Raisins 0.5 cup
Walnuts 1 cup
All-purpose flour 1 cup (136 g)

✅ Direction
1. Preheat the oven to 180 C (350 F). Whisk the eggs with sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Add Cranberries, Raisins, Walnuts, and
all-purpose flour, and mix well.
3. Place the mixture in a baking pan, lined with parchment paper or a silicone non-stick baking sheet.
4. Bake at 190 C or (375 F) for 15 minutes.

Let it cool down for 10 mins and cut! keep them in a container with a lid.
