How To Install EUP Menu 2.3.0.0 & Emergency uniforms pack - Law & Order 9.3.1

i didnt got the EUP menu on rage launcher

1. I didn’t get the option to load it right away in settings.
2. I pressed F4 and put loadplugin but EUP didn’t show up.
