ОтветитьYES THIS ROUTINE WORKS!! I found this video while living in NYC during COVID. I did this routine 3-4 times a week, paid more attention to portion control, and I lost 20 lbs in 2 months!! I’ve managed to keep the weight off and whenever I feel like I need to trim down or tone up I keep coming back to this video! Oh and I didn’t get a single noise complaint from the downstairs neighbors

ОтветитьNice workout! It did not hurt my knees. The other workout that I follow, leaving me with knees injury and it takes a while to recover though.
