ОтветитьGreat info. I love Az. Moved to Tempe in 79, watched it grow to what it is now. So much history here.
Well done.

Steve, thank you once again . I adore your videos.
ОтветитьSteve-? I think you have a great sense of Yuma. 😐🤗😁
ОтветитьWhat's up with all the coins on the grave?
ОтветитьI didn't sift through all the comments, so someone else may have mentioned it, but the ramada was built with railroad ties and telegraph or signal poleline cross arms, so it may have been a place where railroad workers rested when working in the area. In any case, another very cool piece.
ОтветитьLove your channel and the humor that you throw in here and there 😊
ОтветитьThanks Steve. As always, I really enjoyed this video.
ОтветитьSummer is not the time to do this
ОтветитьI've been through there a few times, glad you found the old cemetery. You're right that rattlers aren't to be feared as much as whoever might pop out of one of those old trailers! If I see a vehicle w/the wheels still on it, I stay away. It's a more traveled road in the winter season, Yuma's somewhat emptied out in summertime. I'd like you to go some place cooler & safer this time of year! Thanks for your great channel!
Ответитьso glad I found your channel! Wonderful informative, objective, interesting and well done video! Great speaking voice too.
ОтветитьI thought you would be taking the stagecoach on the road. That would be an adventure.
ОтветитьQuestion did the town of Dome have a "domed stadium"?
ОтветитьI really appreciate these videos. Well put together. Zero drama. And you get to travel the desert and discover cool history, while not even leaving your home. Thanks
ОтветитьAnother great trip, thanks for taking us along.
El Mirage, Arizona
That was so cool.
Ответить25 days/24-7... dayum - that's harsh... no air conditioning, no sleep... must have been torturous
Ответитьit is hot right now here.
ОтветитьNice work as always
ОтветитьGreat video as always Steve 😊👍🏻 I live in the united kingdom a long way away from your sunny weather
ОтветитьI love your videos. They have really made me have an appreciation for the desert. 🌵
ОтветитьI LOVE your videos. You look at things I would look at if I were there.
ОтветитьSteve I am your fan from India. Love your videos. Lonely, abandoned and uninhabited places always gave me a dizzy feel. Great. Always love your cool and kind voice.
ОтветитьWould their have been Apache indians as well on these trails interesting stuff.makes you wonder .
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьShame about the graffiti.
ОтветитьSteve your one liners are always appreciated
Thanks again for a great history lesson😊
Thank you, very interesting from the UK.
ОтветитьGreat videos!!
ОтветитьI love stuff like this. Thanks for posting.
ОтветитьAlways a thumbs up for you Steve.
ОтветитьAnother fascinating trip Steve. I drove over l through Telegraph Pass at the end of April, then up the east side of the Imperial Dunes. It’s all incredible country with occasional ruins of long-gone human activity.
ОтветитьGreat video!
ОтветитьAnother brilliant video- what an arid place ! I wonder why there seems so often to be little left above the foundations of buildings; were the upper works cleared away at some time ? If so by whom, and why? Anybody know ...? (UK viewer so it may be a dumb question !)
ОтветитьNice work Steve. Great video mate.
ОтветитьNeat video. Thank you. Arizona is literally filled with roads like this. Thanks for covering this one…in the heat.
ОтветитьIf they were smart they used mules instead of horses.
Ответитьwho just likes his voice along with the visuals and story?
ОтветитьPeople traveling by Stage, in the Heat, back then were a hell-of-lot tougher than Any People today!!! ❤
ОтветитьThank you for captions
ОтветитьA top report. enjoyed it very much.
Ответить100% correct, no scarier thing than another human being when you expect none to be around. I’d rather deal with wild animals than a human.
ОтветитьAlways great videos... Should go up to Kayenta,AZ up in the Navajo reservation... Just seen but inside a burger King there's like a museum for the Navajo Code Talkers... I saw a "story" on Instagram n thot it was pretty cool...
ОтветитьJust a wildazz guess, that tunnel might be for some sort of wildlife to cross? I've seen examples of that under major highways and interstates, but never in the desert! I don't even know what lives out there other than SNAKES and Coyotes!
ОтветитьThis was a very pleasant video. Informative, peaceful and quiet. Thank you, from someone who is experiencing a freezing winter.
ОтветитьThanks!
