I'm unfortunately not allowed by my doctor to do excersies that applies pressure over my stomach because I've a condition called gastroesophageal reflux disease and pressure over the stomach may worsen it. So I'm not sure that I can follow along with an excersie like this. I also have way too much fat over my abs. So even if I did it, it wouldn't show.
