Thanks Jane …I have used this recipe a few times since you posted and it’s yummy … breakfast, lunch or dinner it’s great. I use the Oatly Cream and it’s delicious… yes yes yes more recipes please … we are out of lockdown and now just waiting for the bull bar to be added to our new MH …and very soon, as they say you won’t see us for dust and your one pot recipe Ebooks are ready to go ….. we’re getting a bit excited now.

Looks wonderful. Traditionally here stroganoff would be on egg noodles. Lately I’ve been enjoying mushroom, onion ,thyme, and garlic on toast for breakfast. So this should be right up my alley.

And yes please give us regular updates on the new van. I think Jonny should do it. I think he would give us more insight into the creation of your van. He did so well on the last interview.❤️
