My dermatologist suggested Vichy dercos shampoo (the green one) and ever since i have had no dandruff, no itching all gone. I use it once a week for maintenance (twice when i did have dandruff).

i mean, they make dandruff shampoo. selsun blue and head and shoulders take care of that and smell nice. lol.

All you need to do is wash your scalp thoroughly and not your hair then rinse your scalp with vinegar and water solution (half and half). Dandruff will be gone within a month.

I've been using Nizoral shampoo and it's a life saver from dandruff. I only use it when I need to not every month.
