Power Query: 4 min intro to Excel's tool that changed my career

Before I discovered Power Query my spreadsheets were filled with complex long formulas, manual processes and macros, nowadays those same spreadsheets have been rebuilt with only short formulas, pivot tables, queries and not only are they simpler to make, errors are fewer and I reduce data updates to a couple of clicks. The fact that Power Query is a big part of Power BI further steered me in this direction.

To say Power Query changed my career is by no means an understatement, for the last five years, around 40% of my Excel time (around 20% of my work time) is spent within Power Query. Today, I couldn't imagine a project or a spreadsheet that doesn't make extensive use of this brilliant upgrade.
