Hi Dude, great video! I am going to use both, video and photos, how/where do I time the photos, how long they will be showing, ex, 5 sec and also how do i close the davinci app without force the exit? thanks
ОтветитьGood work 👍
ОтветитьThis video is excellent! I tried to just get started with Resolve based on the little experience I had with simpler video editing software and either got lost between the main screens (Edit etc.) or needed a long time on my way to the Deliver step. Thank you so much for this; I'll be sure to come back to this channel later for more learning.
ОтветитьToo fast for me... And I'd like to see the cursor 😂
ОтветитьThank you so much, I appreciate it
ОтветитьHello so whenever I upload files to davinchi it closes out. Am not sure whats the problem. I need help.
Ответитьf*ckin' nailed it! - thanks
ОтветитьThank you. I'm just starting my channels and downloaded Davinci 17 and was very intimidated by the all the functions. I struggle though my first video (took me 5 hours to complete an 8minute video...ugh!). Since I have more videos to edit, I decided to get a better understanding of the functions so I can complete more efficiently. Thanks to you, I realized I was working in the cut section the entre time and was having an issue with adding audio and voice overs. Now that I see I need to be in the edit section, it will be less frustrating. Thanks again!
ОтветитьI've got a final due in two days and I chose to do the project in this format but i only ever used Kinemaster on my phone and had no idea what i was doing lol.. thank you so much man!🦈🐉
ОтветитьThank you for making something straight to the point with actionable examples, the other quick start videos that are 40+ mins long somehow teach less useful stuff.
ОтветитьExcellent. Thank you.
Original introductory vid by davinci specialsit is 1h30m and it goes through every tiny detail of the soft.... first of all its suitable only for high level specialist who will most likely apprreciate it. Second of all for a beginner its far too much to remember. Third of all it doesnt mean anything to a newbie like me.
Great idea of immersion grading. Truly great.
perfect.
ОтветитьThanks mate!
Ответитьwhat do you do if you remove somting and want it back ?
Ответитьgood video explanation . you move your arrow a bit fast. even on a 15 inch screen its hard to see. Question... If you have an original song with guitar solos ect. Can you work backwards and upload your music track first then add your vid clips to match the recording .
Ответитьgreat video. haha, I love that it says 10, but its really 15 lol
ОтветитьMate, I've just subbed. I've been watching other videos on how to use Davinci and have to say they confused the shit outta me. This was nice and simple to follow, the best bits....ya don't need that, forget that.
Every time I opened up Davinci, it scared the shit out of me compared to using Powerdirector 365. But after this, it's not so scary anymore. Yes, there's lots of stuff I will never use, but I'm gonna give it a good go, that's further than I've got before. Thank you
informative
ОтветитьThanks mate. This was a terrific video!
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьThank you! You made editing video and sound in Davinci easy.
ОтветитьGreat video! Super efficient and clear. Thank you!! 🙏
ОтветитьWow this video helped out so much! sweet and to the point with examples. Continue killing it brother, you got a new subscriber!
ОтветитьThank you so much
Ответитьthank you so much for this!!!!! this was the beginners guide i needed, not some half hour long video. basic simple and straight to the point....... just perfect
ОтветитьThis was GREAT! Thank you. I'm sharing this with my filming partner and encouraging her to download Davinci Resolve.
ОтветитьBest teacher ever! I use Movie Maker because I know what to do. These new film/ movie apps are really confusing.
ОтветитьHi thank you for this amazing video. I have a problem though. I was given a raw copy of a video to edit which was a recording of a Zoom meeting with participants from all over the world. And this video was one long file with no individual clips/frames. I had to use the Blade to cut portions of it to get individual clips and even then those individual clips/frames did not show up in the media pool as such. Then when I rendered it, it was fine and incorporated all my edits. However, when I imported that rendered file again as a new project to make changes, I was once again faced with one long file with no individual clips/frames.
As I have no individual clips/frames, my source viewer/monitor is also blank. Thus I can't make edits in my source monitor. Can you help please?
i cant open my files on this
ОтветитьAmazing tutorial, thanks!!
ОтветитьI love this video straight too Business every one else confuses you this video was amazing . Great help
Ответитьat last... a tutorial I can follow! I have been using DR17 to edit my Motorsport video's, learned a few super useful shortcuts :) thanks dude!

ОтветитьThanks for the best teaching video I have seen for this piece of software.
ОтветитьI'm about to do my 1st video edit. I tried it just fiddling around .This video makes me confident that i will do great ! Very easy to understand. Thanks,i have subscribed.
ОтветитьThanks for this video, really explained the basics very well. Appreciate it 👏🏼
Ответитьthank you, spent some time away from divinci. This was perfect for finding my bearings!
Ответитьim confused it doesnt let me put a certain clip into it
ОтветитьGreat work
ОтветитьSuch a great tutorial! Clear and short, and just the bare bone basics of what you need to know. Thank you so much for this!
ОтветитьYou say there are timestamps where there are none, and then you don't colour-grade yourself when you say you would lol
ОтветитьI really appreciate you explaining what all the tabs are for and saying we don't need them for this lesson. It helps demystify a program I'm completely new to.
ОтветитьFantastic tutorial.
ОтветитьI’m more of a stills photographer and pretty proficient with Lightroom editing, but more and more the border between still and video photography is fading and we old timers have to pickup some new tricks. You’ve made getting started with DaVinci Resolve a pleasurable breeze and I look forward to learning and practising from your tutorials. Thank you
Ответитьit wont let me add my media it has a red cross over the image
ОтветитьBEST!!!
Thanks 💪❤
Thank you so much dude! I just got Davinci and had no idea what I was doing at first. I use CapCut on my phone to edit my videos and I have very little experience with PC editing, so I was so confused. Now I have a much better understanding! Thanks!
