I just read all the assassination attempts made towards Hitler on wikipedia and from all of them this was the best at showing how stupidly lucky Hitler was.

Okay was I the only one to whom after I saw this movie, simply went around trying to set people up to take a drink while on the job only to rebuke them when they said yes to it? Don't do that in a weld shop or construction site because they will take a couple drinks. 😆

Hitler survived so many close calls with assassinations it's astounding. Part of it was just genuine luck (Like with this bomb and the July 20th attempt), but it was also due to a tendency of Hitler to rush through his schedule and leave places early or cancel them at the last minute for any number of reasons.

General Olbright should have just made Hitler disappear, he's the Chief Inspector.

If they are willing to sacrifice their life, someone should have stayed until the bomb explode

My Dad would partake and have a little Cointreau every once in awhile when i was a kid , hes been gone for several years, when i first watched this movie it really reminded me of him,as a historian of WW2 specially the German side i really enjoyed this movie,if it had been in German it would have been a bonus but i understand why it wasn't.
