I just bought that za'atar in an indie natural food store! The packaging is so distinctive, I recognized it right away. I haven't cooked with it yet, but a cheesemaker I used to buy from made za'atar flavored goat chevre that was delicious. I think adding it to anything plain and creamy would work well. Also adding to dipping oil for bread. As far as a theme, some days are just really a hodgepodge. Thanks for sharing yours.

Thank you for showing us the mural! Loved it. The artist's words ring true. As did your words about learning ALL of our history. There are those that only want to spin their own narrative about history in hopes that the rest don't see, hear, and experience truth for themselves.
