I even added some moves during the walking part to spice it up a big such as the Pony, the Lindy Hop, the Charleston, the Twist, Swim arms, jogging, 2 sets of jumping jacks, etc. which really got my heart rate up and increased my number of steps and sweat. Not bad for this almost 69 year old from Canada!

ОтветитьDang. It's been a long time since I've worked out with weights due to surgeries and physical therapy and all that good stuff. I only started out with 3 lb and this was torturous but amazing. Thank you for this video and always your encouraging words. I'm definitely going to keep this one.

ОтветитьThis is definitely a favorite! I'll keep this one. I used my one pounders and sometimes my rebounder during jog and it makes for a perfect exercise for me without great strain! I'll keep this one for awhile for sure! almost 55 years and getting younger 🙂
