Don't know where you're getting your ideas from but Dopamine is what gives us our motivation & ability to focus & get things done. Serotonin does the opposite, it relaxes & chills you out so you don't feel like doing much.

Maybe I’m just weird, but the longer I listen to this… the slower the beats become. Not sure if this is intentional or if my mind is playing tricks on me.

Why are there so many videos out there that clam a certain frequency but are far from it? This one is good and correct, but others say things like '528 Hz Alpha Frequency Meditation' when clearly the alpha frequency is between 8-12 Hz. I've also seen videos promoting chakra healing where each chakra in the video is set to vibrate at 438 Hz. Everyone knows that each chakra has it's own frequency and they don't all vibrate at 432 Hz. I've never understood the facination with these things as many, many of them are simply based on wishful thinking or erroneous info.
