GSXS1000 or CB1000/sp?
ОтветитьUnfortunately the exhaust is seriously hideous ugly beyond belief.
ОтветитьI like the look of the SP, more to the point I like the price
ОтветитьSame with honda scooter “click” or “vario” the game changer in scooter segment
ОтветитьIt's a Honda, for less than Suzuki money. What's not to like?
ОтветитьNothing like an inline 4...
ОтветитьBravo Honda. Cant wait to get an SP myself!
ОтветитьMain question for Honda:
Is this Hornet equiped with cornering ABS?
It looks too much like Kawasaki
ОтветитьClearly the gsx s1000 is it's closest rival. Should be game set &, match. Some nice aftermarket belly pans and it will be a smart purchase
ОтветитьVery tempting need to see what deposit and payments are and deffo the sp model.
ОтветитьHonda have nailed it wow absolute bargain 👊👌
ОтветитьHow is this heavy when the 2025 z900 is 210+ kg lmao
Edit: the z900 is 214 kg
Looks like a Kawasaki
ОтветитьCan't wait for the 30% markups.
ОтветитьAll that gold on the cb looks a bit cheap. Styled by temu 😁🤷
Ответитьiam super excited for this new offering from honda. have always been a honda and yamaha guy anyway. am currently looking at the possibility of an MT09 SP and then this is revealed. 150 hp inline 4 should be a very fast bike. i would go for the SP with the quick shifter and 155 hp and brembos for 10 grand. where do i sign up. for sure no other brand is touching this bike in value and honda reliability. forget about it ktm. the MT09 SP would be the next runner up. really want to see a full review of this machine so will be waiting to see that before making up my mind.
ОтветитьAre these coming to the US?
Ответитьcruise control?
ОтветитьLooks bland compared to the outgoing model.
ОтветитьUsing the same principle as the S1000R from BMW. Just slam those old, already engineered supersport parts on a naked and make it cheap. Great looking bike, propably going to buy one.
Ответить1000cc and only 138mph?
ОтветитьHonda largely builds great motorcycles. Unfortunately, some models leave an extremely cheap impression. The design around the swingarm mount and the rear frame are really ugly. This can be solved more coherently
ОтветитьTail tidy, different exhaust and maybe a rear seat cowl and this'll be a pretty cool bike I reckon.
ОтветитьHonda Horner???
ОтветитьMore affordable -reliable duc streetfighter 😅
ОтветитьThe SP just might be my next bike. I love it!
ОтветитьI cant believe will not be in USA. What a shame.
ОтветитьNo IMU ..or cost option for same. IMU is standard on MT09 & MT09 SP.
Perdonally I refer the look of this to neo look
Wow they made a yamaha MT09
ОтветитьThis is a nice bike. Great quality and looks for that price point
ОтветитьI like the hornet line, but I’m not interested in 1000 cc, it’s more than I really need. The 750 would be great but Honda does not import it into Canada. As for the 500, it’s the 47 hp engine that Honda has been making for a decade now. I understand why the motorcycle companies make an engine like that but it’s not what I want. I have a CB500X and I want an engine with more power than it has.
I’d love to see a CB500 SP with half of the thousand cc four cylinder engine. That would give it about 75 hp and that would be plenty. I’d be happy with that.
I am not holding my breath though
interesting that has no e-cluch option from cb650….
ОтветитьWow.. swap out that exhaust and save 10kg 😂
ОтветитьThis looks like an absolute game changer, like he said. That Hp/Torque, and the styling. Wow
ОтветитьFinally a bike that people with normal wages can afford, I wish and hope that more manufacturers go down this road and make fun and good bikes for a more realistic price. Like why would I buy a KTM Duke 990 R for 17500€ when I can buy this for 11200€ Are you telling me that this streetbike is over 6500€ less good and less fun than a 990 Duke R ? No way =)
ОтветитьWill it be available in Canada ?
ОтветитьI lived the neocafe look but the price and power on this one seems way more worth it
ОтветитьBut the new z900 might be worth a buy
ОтветитьGive me the looks of the cb1000r any day of the week....
I think the hornet looks dated already..... paint it green and it would just look like an old z1000🤔
Crazy how dirt cheap that bike is
ОтветитьI prefer the cafe racer. These bikes are ugly AF.
ОтветитьNobody needs more power than a Honda groom
ОтветитьI think the design is a step backwards, and although the price is nice you can really see it in the quality of the components and finishes. The bike looks cheap. I like the CB1000R better, I wanted to buy one but the throttle off the bottom was so snatchy on the test ride I had to pass. I hope they fixed it on this bike.
Ответитьi read online its coming to europe and not the usa? wtf
ОтветитьThis looks more like a Hornet, the old one was nice looking but it was sort of in a design no mans land. It had no identity, beautiful but forgettable is what it was.
ОтветитьHaving seen the SP in person, the colour is actually a graphite metallic dark grey in matte finish over most of the bike but with a glossier satin finish on the tank.
It's stunning and "black" certainly doesn't describe it.
At over $17K Canadian for Neo-style current year, Honda is not doing well in terms of sales on this model. It is $10K more than level lower CB500R. Having the '14 model with the "gas mask" head light, which has been a phenomenal bike for me for the last 5 years, I agree that the new model with less bling and detail is the step in the right direction. The looks, the power, and having an SP model (definitely worth the upgrade, and in color that first gen had back in the day) topped with lowered price! I think these will get a lot more attention and mark Honda's return to the super naked scene. Great news, well covered and presented...as usual.
ОтветитьGiven the extra power of the SP comes from the exhaust valve, does that mean you lose the extra 5hp if you put an after market exhaust on?
Ответить
