Soft zebra roll cake made with chocolate and biscuits. The kids, and your guests will love these striped sweet treats!

Recipe:
3 dl of milk
4 tablespoons of powdered sugar,
1 bag of powdered chocolate pudding,
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder,
125 gr of margarine or butter
400 gr of round biscuits,
* 150 gr of chocolate + a teaspoon of oil or margarine, optionally, if you would like a chocolate glaze for your roll.
Note: If the biscuits you are using are dry, you can dip them in milk, I used round tea biscuits that didn't need any soaking since they are already soft.

Bring the milk and sugar to boil.
Mix the cocoa powder with the pudding powdered and mix in the remaining milk, until lump-free.
When the milk starts simmering, pour in the pudding mixture and stir until it thickens. (if needed, put it back to heat until it thickens)
Add the margarine and stir until it completely melts in the pudding.
While the filling is still warm, put one generous teaspoon on each biscuit, while stacking them in a row.
Don't forget to stack the biscuits on a cling film!
Roll the whole zebra roll in a cling film and leave it overnight in the fridge, until it sets and hardens.
If you would like it even more appealing, cover the whole roll with a chocolate glaze and put it back in the fridge for an additional 15- 30 minutes before slicing.
