What a day looks like walking the 88 Temple Pilgrimage in JAPAN

Welcome to a an example of what a day on the 88 Temple Pilgrimage is like in Shikoku, Japan.
I completed this 45 day long walk in 2023 and completely fell in love with the people, the culture, the spirituality and the nature of Japan! I will be returning to walk multiple other pilgrimages later this year and I LITERALLY can't wait.

In this video I take you on two significant days on my journey.
The first day is a typical what could your day look like if walking the pilgrimage including temple etiquette, etc. The second day takes a look at a more personal day where I spent a night with a local who invited me in.
I loved every day on the trail, even the hard days because this is where I learned so much and built a lot of strength.... If you followed my journey you know the days I am talking about.
