The latest on Grant Hardin's escape and capture

Why was Grant Hardin originally put into a medium Secure prison he was a real bad Police officer while employed in various Departments yrs ago, plus brutally raping an elementary teacher on the school grounds, then later murdering a man he diffinately showed the signs of a serial offender in the past and he differently deserved to be locked away in an secured Maxium prison from the onset imo, but at least he’s finally caught and is now in the correct Maxium State prison this time around, where he does belong too

The manhunt lasted 12 days, and he was found a mile and a half away. That doesn't say a lot for the Arkansas State Police and the Izard County Sheriff's Department, not to mention the prison from which he escaped. They brought in the Border Patrol, and he was suddenly found? Give me a break.

The smell was easy to track.
