hi! i recently bought y laptop. when i unpackaged it, it just wouldnt turn on. so i got the recovery image onto the usb, put the usb into my surface pro 7, pressed the volume - , held it and tapped the power botton. this did nothing. so i did it the way you did it on your video and it still didnt do anything/: ive been trying to reboot it for like a week.

i have a surface pro 7 and its stuck on the uefi screen. I did exactly what u did in the video but when i click restart it just goes back to the uefi screen. it says all changes to the settings have been saved, so I'm confused why it's still stuck on the uefi screen!! please help

I'm dealing with machines with bitlocker and when I try this it always loads to bitlocker. What am I doing incorrectly?

Mine just flashes the microsoft logo and no uefi. Ive had issues from the day i bought this stupid thing.
