I wasted years of my life pursuing what I thought could fulfill me. I was lost as hell. I was searching for a feeling of purpose, being appreciated, being loved in many different wrong places such as career achievements, clubs, others’ opinions, etc. I worked hard for many years to graduate and have a stable high paying job and acquired most of the materialistic pursuits I’ve ever wanted but that spike of happiness didn’t last until I had enough and started to ask myself many existential questions that truly make this life matters and that’s when I got out of severe depression and actually experience how it is to be fully alive rather that being like a puppet and just let my life pass me by. So many sacrifices are needed to actually attain the authentic life I was scared of facing for so many years so that I can stay in my comfort zone but be miserable. I will be uploading videos that I hope can inspire others as well. It takes time but I will never stop.

Life has been tough. It is .

Going through so much in my life my dad passed away in April of 2017 and my mom passed away in November of 2019 and my late husband passed away in December of 2021. Life is short

This video got me through the hardest time of my life. I played it on repeat every morning, and anytime I felt like giving up. I still listen to it now for a reminder, or to pull me through the hard days. I send it to anyone I think could benefit from it. It’s truely amazing!

it dosen't matter what job you have, it doesn't matter what car you have, it doesn't matter if you're black or white, it doesn't matter if you are rich or poor we are all human , we all have a heart , we all breath the same, we all bleed the same and the biggest gift we ever got is that we were born and being able to thank god every day for what we have and being able to tell our loved ones that we love them. Everybody out there take care of yourself and don't let anybody tell you what to do with your life and i want you to know that i love and respect every single one of you.

Value what you have while you still have it cause its not guaranteed that you will have it tommorow.

Call your loved ones every morning when you wake up and tell them that you love them cause it's not guaranteed that you are able to call them by the end of the day

In this life it's not guaranteed to go to sleep again by the end of the day so this is why you gotta thank god for everything you have and especially for the fact the you are breathing.

Rude, and a whole lot more and has made me realize that this is trying to prepare me down the road.. for what to expect and that I should be ready.. I be nice to others and I get nothing in return.. I help them and sacrifice my happiness to try and help.. I can't figure out what to do and this helped me to some small extent.. Thank you.
