Really well done video Andrew! Congratulations on passing your test! Fantastic news! Absolutely lovely drone footage. Loved the compositional techniques you explained here. I haven't yet taken many photos with my drone, just learning on how to fly it safely and responsibly for now. Wonderful footage and images of the wetland reeds, that could be shot here in the Everglades. I think my favorite photo was of the sewage works. It's amazing how something that isn't considered beautiful can be made spectacular from up above! Really enjoyed this one mate. Very different! It appears spring has sprung there, just in time for a bit more freedom! Hope you are doing well my friend, continue to stay safe out there!

Nice work on getting your license. Fantastic images. Really can create anything with a drone. The DJ Decks images reminds me of a cooler hob. Great to mix up the videos with the drone.

Great video - I also have my commercial drone license and have started taking aerial photography more seriously. Very nice tutorial on the subject.

There's a solar farm just over into Wales near Connah's Quay that I have been thinking how to take a shot of for a couple of years now. I was always drawn to it for those lines and reflections. And there you go - of course a drone shot.....simple when someone else shows you!! Congratulations on the pass, bet you're happy to have your wings back. When the new laws came into force I decided to change to the Mini 2, as I was already a licenced operator on my old heavier and bigger drone, meant no change for me. And the CofC I just didn't feel I had any spare time to do for the time being - I'd be interested to know how much real time you put into it for future reference?...It's something that I would like to do at some point. The sewage work image almost looked like a top down shot of an old 4 hob oven. Really liked the images throughout Andrew.

Loved the “Silicon Valley” shot, reminds me of a watercolour palette. The reeds were amazing as well. Amazing how things we choose to ignore (sewerage works) can be turned into a work of art. So glad you are able to get out and about a bit more. Enjoy your day.

I thought about the C2ofC as i have a very under used mavic air, but after reading that in 2023 they all revert to legacy drone category anyway i was a little put off. Great to see your images from the drone and it does make me re consider , great images mate.

Great shots Andrew. One day I might eventually get a drone, they are such handy tools. I agree Google maps is great for scouting potential shots.

Congrats on getting the certificate Andrew. Enjoyed the video as always - but you really are a danger to my bank balance! Every time I see a drone video it gets me wanting one! Paul Cook is a major offender too. 😂 Some really arty images - loved them all - especially the reeds though. 👍

It is amazing the places we have been that we had no idea were so close to home...will be a great place to get back out to as it will probably be a gleaming green in summer...researching drone usage here in Nova Scotia and there are many restrictions...lots to think about before taking the plunge...
