I'd like a similar video for EVRI labels, I've downloaded it as a PDF and opened it from Windows. I set the darkness to the highest setting (15) and speed to average (8). I changed the contrast to the highest setting. It's set to 6x4, but the PDF is 3.94x5.91 and it shrinks it to fit. There isn't an option to change the label size from the website.

can the orientation be changed. For RM letter size are portrait and part of the label is chopped off(when buying postage off amazon/ebay) Large letter etc are lanscape and print fine. Grateful for any advice ! thanks !

Which usb ?? A usb came with the printer I’ve dow loaded the software ... do I need to leave it in the printer though the whole time
