How to use a recruiter's network to get you closer to landing your dream job!

I recently connected with a great Salesforce Business Analyst on LinkedIn. The CRM candidate reached out to me and explained she had recently moved to the DC area and asked if I knew of any positions in the area. I didn't at the time.
She reached out again and said that she noticed I was connected to the hiring manager of a firm that recently posted a Salesforce position. She asked if I could connect her.
I reached out to the hiring manager and connected the candidate to the talent resources manager.
Will she get the job? Maybe. But it will get her closer than the job boards.
Leverage your network as well as people you know! Ask for help!
