Tumultus is still good
Still deals a ton of damage
Perfect accuracy in all ranges
Unlimited ammo
I don't see it as a meta weapon
But still it is a great weapon ,a balanced weapon...

Tumultus in his prime was more broken than Ruiner so it deserved it
