All these agencies like the FBI and CIA are great a getting information and then doing nothing with it. Perfect example is FBI agents in Phoenix were suspicious of several Arab men attending flight schools and seeking airport operations in America. The Filipino authorities warned the FBI in 1995 that Arabs were learning to be pilots training in America flight schools and one proposed hijacking a commercial Jet and crashing it into federal buildings. FBI agents in Minnesota arrested Moussaoui after a flight instructor became suspicious of him. He was one of Bin Landen’s hijackers, but the FBI never did anything about the other Arabs learning to fly in Phoenix or Florida all they did was release a warning to the public of a heightened risk of a terrorism attack on American soil. Just months later the 9/11 attacks happened. If the FBI just accelerated the checks of US flight schools knowing themselves something weird was going on they would have pieced it all together, FBI was all over these suspicious Arab men attending US flight schools and all they did was arrest one of them. And I’m sure the FBI was aware of the guy driving the truck in New Orleans, probably wasn’t even a surprise to them what he did.
