ОтветитьSolid, challenging workout, thanks! I liked the three 10-minute intervals of escalating effort. The repeats allowed me to calibrate for optimal workload. And the last minute was the right amount of time to go really hard but not have to let up before the end. Threshold! As for Hank’s mice and milk… umm, a soggy stretch of a metapho… but I’ll concede it did bring a grin to my sweating face.😅 Well done everyone! ~Greg, in Dallas, Texas area.
