Just got my S23+ a couple of days ago and this short is on point, hand feel and weight ultimately won over the zoom and S-Pen for me, it's just the more pocketable device. Not to mention getting it for much cheaper than what the S23U is going for. I can live with the FHD+ display, it'll prolly result in better batt life too.

Im watching this with my S21+...thinking if i could afford the S24+ when it comes out....btw...my S21+ still is a good phone for me even after almost 3 years on...idk if i should upgrade

i was gonna get the s23+ but ended up getting the ultra. im too used to the "note" series. i had the note 10+ before, and the note 8 before that

As a Canadian that shit is $500 away from each other if you are comparing with the same storage size, $374 plus change if you are American, thats crazy, on my way to get a plus if I get payed today, I might consider the ultra but backing what I dont like is the corners and its a glorified note

The S23+ is like the Series S of and the Ultra is the Series X
S23+ does all the same great things as S23 Ultra but not everything
Differences would be 1440p vs 1080p screen, little less of of battery and that’s really it and I guess the adaptive refresh rate 1-120Hz S23 Ultra vs 24-120Hz on S23+
And Series S can do 4k up scaling but it’s mainly 1440p and the Series S can’t do as much as Series X can and not as powerful and not as much storage

S23plus doesn't have macro mode and zoom

The plus is almost the perfect out of 3, better looking back, the camera just look clean and sleek compare to the ultra. 6.6 inch more comfortable, big enough, battery size also very similar to the ultra. The downside only 1. If the plus also come with WQHD + screen. That's a definition of perfect.

I had only for a few days two S22+s and they were awful. Maybe it was the Exynos that we got in Europe, but the performance was horrendous. The speakers were not really stereo and you could tell, and battery life was the worst I had ever seen.. not to mention the overheating. Also, the screen resolution was unsatisfactory. Even if I wanted to, I would be scared to go back to an S plus.

I meannnn, i don't think people know that they NEED the s-pen until they try it!! The s-pen is why i ALWAYS got the Note series phones and why i will only get the S-ultra series phones. I absolutely love this s-pen and i use it everyday!! Super quick notes without even having to unlock my phone, editing photos and videos, using the pen to control my phone from across the room. The way the tip of the pen glides across the screen is extremely satisfying. Being able to select certain things with it. All the "quick" tool widgets that immediately show up when you pull out the pen. You can customize the list of "quick" tools so that the ones you use the most are right there. There are TONS N TONS of different things you can do with the pen alone. Take pictures across the room just by quickly pushing the button. People who like to color on their phone or to edit pictures and videos is a billion times easier than using your fingers. Idk, i don't think people understand just how needed the s-pen is because of how convenient it is. That S-pen is absolutely worth the extra 200$ and once you use one and see everything it can do and realize how much easier it makes everything and just how satisfying and smooth it is to use on the screen, you'll never go back to getting an Android phone without an s-pen!!

For people who don't want an S pen, the S Plus should pack in the same specs as the Ultra. Although they are very similar they tend to use different chips, additional camera sensors, and more storage on the ultra. I don't need an S pen, I have my tablet for this.
