In this video we talk about what diaphragmatic breath is and practice breathing in this way for a few minutes. Then we move into a more invigorating breath exercise called Bhastrika or Bellows Breath. Bhastrika helps the nervous and digestive system function more efficiently. It can also help increase immunity which is great for the time we are living in with COVID-19. This breathing exercise is said to increase the Pranic flow in the body so you more find more energy after this practice. It is best to practice this Pranayam in the morning.
