NEWEST Mcginnis update explained!

Mcginnis turrets survivability these days is non, so the build is out of the window. Gun builds work, but you have to hit most of the shoots. I main her, but after the update, my kda just went down the drain, she feels more like support now, the damage output I can get out of her is half less. Am I just having a sudden skill issue or was it the update?

I noticed turrets seem to die so easy, they still do good damage if you set up a few and they ignore it. I tend to mainly build turret but I guess I should do more hybrid gun/spirit. I struggle to get much use out of her ult, I tried the ult build before the nerf and just didn't do enough damage to build entirely around, plus they can easily escape around a corner or get too close to hit
