Wow the surveyors really screwed up here at one end they had maybe 20 or 30 yds to get to the top which was flat and at the other end it was downhill and easy .....whoever thought this project out are real slick con men

They make easy work a lot of work and wasting Time ? And placing dirt and rock in a dump truck to place. It over the edge a 200 yards up the track ? Just push and place it in one spot where you are digging . Too long waste of time a resources .

Need a bigger Dozer such as a CAT D8 or D9 to push/move the size of rocks involved here........the small Dozer just isnt big enough to handle the job efficiently

At last I get to see where they're getting the dirt and rocks to fill in the lakes, an even greater idea? Create a park where the mountains use to be.

Why are they removing the rocks from the mountain and pouring them down the side of the mountain, is there something that's below the mountains or in the mountains they are after?
