HOW TO OPEN THE STORE ON ETSY, PLEASE?

So do you pay for the shirts on Printify or are you just paying to use the shirt type for your shop? Also with each shirt that you sell on Etsy is a portion of your revenue coming out of it to supply the shirts on Printify?

For example- the shirt is $9.00 + 4.35 for shipping= $14.35. So would $14.35 be coming out from your revenue from each shirt you sell?
