Great comparison. With my particular 12 ga I get much better patterns with a specific brand choke with all ammo that I have tested with the best combination using the Federal tss.

But don't overlook the winchester Longbeard XR as a really good performer at a reasonable price. (Maybe the best performer for the price of all of them)

I would suggest next time around at the pattern board you use a larger target sheet so you can confirm pattern center and see the whole picture. I am guilty of shooting the small turkey targets myself, but once you start using at least a 30”x30” backer for that target you’ll have a much easier time evaluating your choke and load combo.

Just saw this, I love Whitetail outfitters. I live I Giles and go there or to Pembroke Stp and Save.

I have found I get a better pattern 40 and out with 3 inch vs 3 1/2 shells less weight the energy can carry better. You get the same powder in all the shell lengths just more shot.

Man I'm telling you what. I found those Kents 2 seasons augo. And i am not lying when i say i tried 4 of the heavy hitter brand and that $12 box of Kent out performed them all lol. I actuly ordered 5 boxes and just got them in. I'll be chambering the Kents in my shotgun

Would love to see the Henry Turkey in 20 Gauge. Henry texted me that if enough people suggest the new Turkey single shot in 20 Ga they may produce one.
