Breaking Minecraft With Immersive Portals. In this video, I'm trying out another very cool Minecraft Mod. This mod is called the Immersive Portals mod and it basically removes the barrier between Minecraft dimensions. By building a portal using this mod, you will be able to look straight into the Nether or the End. And you can even do crazy stuff with them (and break your PC) which is what I'm doing today.
