EDC Core "Double Arc Electric Lighter" Review!

Today we take a look at the Electric Double Plasma Arc Flameless lighter by EDC Core.
A Futuristic looking rechargeable lighter!
But as a non-smoker, does this have any use for me?

This should go with out saying, but DON'T Try to zap people with this lighter, and don't disassemble the unit.
While this is pretty safe based on my testing, I'd still advise against both.
